Our story
Our story
We started where most wholesalers are right now: grinding out $3K to $5K assignments on distressed properties, with sellers who wasted our time for weeks and then ghosted us.
Matthew’s first wholesale deal paid $19K. Then we stopped going after broke sellers and started targeting luxury homeowners. Within two years we’d closed over $150 million in properties and generated over $2.5 million in assignment fees.
We still wholesale luxury properties every day, using the exact system we teach, closing deals alongside our students.
