If you (“Client,” “participant,” or “you”) do not accept every provision below, do not purchase, enroll, or rely on any information we provide.

1.1 Education and Training
Lux Blueprint provides instructional and educational content, including but not limited to frameworks, case studies, scripts, templates, deal-analysis walkthroughs, software tools, and coaching related to real-estate wholesaling and related strategies.
We do not:
  • Locate, broker, sell, buy, fund, or guarantee real-estate transactions
  • Provide legal, tax, securities, financial-planning, lending, or credit-repair services
  • Act as your fiduciary, agent, broker, or licensed real-estate professional

2.1 No Promise of Profit
The Company makes no representation or guarantee, express or implied, that you will earn:
  • Any income
  • Your tuition or fees back
  • Any specific number of deals, leads, assignments, or commissions

Any dollar amounts, profit margins, ROI examples, deal screenshots, or “checks held up on camera” are illustrative only and often represent exceptional outcomes. You should assume that most participants earn no income and may incur a net loss.

TESTIMONIALS, CASE STUDIES, AND ENDORSEMENTS
4.1 Atypical Results
Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not statistically representative. Any testimonial implying rapid income, “quit-your-job” timelines, or minimal effort should be considered atypical.
4.2 Incentivized or Affiliate Testimonials
Some endorsers may receive free access, discounted tuition, affiliate commissions, or other consideration. You should weigh such endorsements accordingly.
4.3 Request for Data
If an earnings figure is cited, you may request an Earnings Claim Statement by emailing info@luxblueprint.com with the subject line “ECS Request.”
The Company reserves the right to update or revise earnings disclosures as new data becomes available.
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY AND FTC COMPLIANCE
5.1 No Franchise or Business Opportunity Sale
The Company does not sell a franchise, license, protected territory, turnkey business, or passive investment. Programs are educational coursework only.
5.2 Cooling-Off Rule
The Company complies with 16 CFR § 429 (Door-to-Door & Remote Sales Rule) when applicable. If a legally required cancellation window applies, it will be honored. Otherwise, the standard policy is no cash refunds, as detailed in the Terms of Service.
FINANCING AND CREDIT RISK DISCLOSURE
  • Financing through third-party lenders is entirely independent of the Company
  • The Company receives no kickbacks or compensation for financing decisions
  • You assume all repayment risk
  • The Company does not guarantee you will earn income sufficient to repay debt
You are solely responsible for evaluating and accepting any financing obligations, including interest, fees, and penalties.
EXTERNAL COSTS AND TOOLS
Enrollment fees cover tuition, community access, and any specifically disclosed software trials only. You may incur additional expenses including, but not limited to:
  • Marketing and advertising costs
  • Skip tracing and data services
  • List purchases
  • Earnest money and closing costs
  • Legal, accounting, or professional services
  • Travel or event-related expenses
These costs are your responsibility and may exceed your tuition.
REGULATORY AND LICENSING COMPLIANCE
Certain jurisdictions regulate or restrict real-estate wholesaling, marketing, cold-calling, and assignment-of-contract activities. You are solely responsible for compliance with:
  • State real-estate and brokerage laws
  • Federal and state Do-Not-Call (DNC) regulations and TCPA
  • CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and applicable data-privacy laws
The Company does not provide legal clearance. Failure to comply may result in fines, penalties, or criminal liability.
RECORDING AND MONITORING NOTICE
Coaching calls, group sessions, webinars, and community channels may be recorded. By participating, you grant the Company an irrevocable, worldwide license to record, edit, distribute, and display your likeness, voice, and contributions for training, quality control, or marketing purposes without compensation.
If you do not consent, do not participate in live sessions. Where required by law, limited opt-out or deletion requests may be honored.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK & RELEASE
By purchasing or participating in any program or using the Services, you:
  • Acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer in full
  • Accept that wholesaling and virtual flipping are speculative and may result in financial loss
  • Agree that the Company is not responsible for your results, actions, or omissions
RELEASE
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably release and hold harmless Lux Blueprint LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or regulatory actions.
If you are seeking a program that guarantees profits, protects against loss, or functions as an investment vehicle, Lux Blueprint LLC is not the appropriate provider. Our role is education only. Execution, compliance, and results are solely your responsibility.
